Oh Yes: the ACLU is against the sales tax increase in Florida. 

The main reason is because the ACLU is supported by a bunch of lazy people and illegal immigrants who live off of wellfair. Most of these people do not even own their own homes. So why should they care about reducing Propery Taxes. These are the same people that are out to ruin our country in every way possible. These selfish people want to feed of us hard working tax paying citizens. They claim to be a minority, but they are actually a majority of them out there. If you ever go to their neigborhoods, you will see that, even though they live in small apartments, they still drive late model cars, they only wear designer clothing. 
And they only buy name brands food products at the local super market.

Now what can we do to prevent this? Well first, do some research, go visit a local Government Childrens and familily office or governments housing project and look for yourself. Look at their cars, and look at their clothing. If these people are really poor, than how do they have all of that stuff? 

So even if you are against the Iraq war politics, and you may think that by voting for a Democrat like Hillary Clinton or the other guy Borack Hussain Obama, think about this. They are all for the ACLU and if they win. All of us hard working legal Americans will loose our rights, we will become the new minority and they will live happily off of our high property taxes money. they will have more babies and get more free food stamps.

So if this is what you want, go ahead and vote for them. they may even take away out freedom of religion.

I was thinking about this, over the weekend. When I retire, even if my house is paid off in full, I will still have to pay almost $1000 a month in property taxes. If Social Security only pays the same amount of about $1000 each month, then we are in big trouble. Oh, and if there is no social security left when I retire, that will also be a big problem.

So as we know, Florida’s population growth is based on almost 50 percent of people who retire from other states and then move to Florida, for our beautiful climate, that we all take for granted. If these people find out, how high the property taxes are, they may go to some other states.

Florida cannot afford to let this happen. This will ruin out whole economy. Real Estate prices will stop rising and more people will leave the State. So, now you know one more reason to vote for a Sales tax increase or any other legislation to get rid of our High property taxes and insurance rates.

As more and more people oppose the war for a number of reasons. I just cannot put myself down to that level. I am an Army Veteran from the first Gulf War and I Support the Troops with all of my heart. It is a shame that dirty politics in the US and other countries are undermining the war in such ways that they are actually hurting our troops. If we are to end this war, I keep saying we should do it the same way we did it in Desert Storm.

We need to launch a 30 day Air strike against all insurgent targets. At the same time have a media blackout. This is how we won the first war and this is the best way to win the current one. I wish Bush would stop acting like a gutless liberal politician who is afraid to act on his own and act tough, just like his father did or like Reagan did. They were tough and the whole work respected them.

I think the troop surge is working, but we still are not allowing our troops to fight with both hands. this is due to bad politics and even Bush is guilt of this. How pathetic is it that we have to fill out a paper every time that a soldier fires his gun. Do you think we did that it Desert Storm? No way, and that is why we won.

I know that there are a lot of good things happening over there that are media never tell us, but if the whole rest of the world will not support us then we should not stay there for so long. And if we do leave and we worry about the enemy following us back home, then it is time to lock our borders and stop making it so easy for illegal immigrants to get jobs, just by standing outside of a Home Depot store early in the morning. If our local law enforcements want to do something, Try this:

How about arresting all of the Americans business owners that come buy in pickup trucks, looking for cheap labor and who employ all of these illegal guys. It is so obvious and it happens every single day. Yet nobody, ever does a thing about it. If we make it hard for illegals to get jobs, then they will not come here in the first place.

What is happening to our world? I can not believe that they let a super hero die. Did he die of old age? No, I hear that he was shot by a snipper. I just cannot believe this. We are teaching our kids that the bad guys can win. That is not the way it was when I was growing up. As far as I can remember the good guys always win.

That is what I like to teach my own kids. Now I have to stop them from buying this comic book. I also noticed that in some new movies the same thing is happening. The bad guys are winning.

Somebody in Hollywood needs to wake up and get there heads fixed. Don’t you know that the future genereration is determined by what you teach your kids today.

Captain America is a Hero and Good guys should always win!

Today, I want to share some secrets, that I am working on, and they are supposed to get some major traffic to come visit my blog site.

I have been posting here, for almost one year and I want more people to become aware of this blog. So, since I am also an IT guy, I have been doing some of my own research.

So far, I have found that it is important to post everyday. I have noticed that this is helping to increase my traffic. Next, I found that I must join several other mega sites. I think these are called portal sites and places like myspace, facebook, news groups etc. are all good places to join.

I also found that there are some sites that get you to install toolbars, that I hope are spyware free. And as far a s I can tell, they are safe. So I have joined up with Stumble and Agloco. Now, I am still in the learning phase, so if anybody else can explain this in more detail please post a comment. I also think that Agloco is a site that will actually pay me some money for being an active member, so I encourage you to join it too.

If you are planning to buy a home, townhouse, condo etc. Make sure you find out who and what kind of homeowner association you may be about to fall under. I have dealt with 3 so far in south Florida, via my own ownership. I have also been affected my several others while managing my own local moving company.

There are some association that have some rules that either came straight from Hell or perhaps Russia, Cuba or any other communist nations. They have rule about when a person can move in or out. How much furniture that they can have and yes, even rules about what type of sex, gender, color, age etc that a owner can be or who is allowed to rent from you.

And yes somehow they are hidden behind a bunch of lawyers who created rules that are 95 percent in favor of the association and 5 percent on the side of the owner.

I have found places in Miami Beach that do not let a person move in or out unless they pay $250 elevator fee.

Another place would not let me deliver a single mattress, because it was 5 minutes past 5:00 PM. I had to tie it to the customers car until the following morning.

I have found places where you can only move 1 day of the week.

Where I live now if you park your car wrong you will get towed in less than 10 minutes.

There are so many examples. Please feel free to share any crazy encounters that you have with an Association.
