It is also very close to Miami and also very close to the Keys. To help Homestead grow, a new state of the art hospital is being built. This is attracting lots of doctors, nurses and technicians into the new housing neighborhoods. Lots of new shopping centers are being built, and there are even paln to build a theme park in this area.

Any other professionals moving to this area?. What about a career for an Accountant etc?… What does the area have to offer….

The new Baptist Hospital in Homestead Florida should be completed by April 2007. I passed by last weekend and the Hospital looks like it is finished. The parking lot is done, lanscaping etc. It won’t be long and this should help to boost home values a lot in Homestead.
