Blog Traffic explosion.
Thanks again for visiting my web log. I am glad to see, that several other people have similar political views. I also have some renewed hope that our country may still have a future!
Now, I would like to share some advice and tricks that I have been learning from some other bloggers, and SEO consultants. I have found that these tricks have literally doubled my daily traffic from 25 hits a day to my current 50 hits in less than 2 weeks.
So here is a snapshot of what I have been doing:
First I have begun to post more frequently. I also visit many other blogs and I read their posts, and I either answer their questions or tell them what I feel from my heart.
If you think that you can just use some software program, to get links: Well what that will do is get you only 1 visit and that will be all it. What you need is quality links. And if you interact, with other writers, well then you will make friends with other bloggers too.
Next I searched and I found an article about RSStop55 which lists over 50 places to add your blog, so that the RSS readers will pickup your site. Please not that you also have to check and make sure that the button for Entries RSS and Comments RSS work properly. If you get the message page cannot be displayed, then you need to fix the buttons. If you need help, contact me and I will explain how to fix them.
For now Good night and I hope you all have a Happy weekend and a Happy Saint Patrick’s Day. Just don’t drink too much green beer, it makes people act too liberal.

I am having the same problems. I keep hetting a message: Page cannot be displayed when I try to click on those buttons. Does that mean that nobody can subscribe to my feeds?

You have to login as admin and then goto the themes tab. next you need to open up and edit the file that says: footer.php
You need to edit that file: footer.php
now look in the file and look for the word “feed:”
example:
“>Entries (RSS)
and “>Comments (RSS).
and remove the two instances of feed: so that it looks like so:
“>Entries (RSS)
and “>Comments (RSS).
I did this and it solved the problem.
Good luck.
