Each day while we are getting up to go to work or school hundreds of muslim students, mostly Saudi Arabian, Iranian or Iraqui, are heading to a local airport, for flight lessons. Yes and this is not the year 2000. It is 2009 and we are letting them come here for the lessons. Do not ask me why the FBI allows this. I guess they just have to be politically correct.

I live in Miami near the Kendall Tamiami airport. I happen to know several young kids, mostly about 22 years old, where their father are paying lots of money for them to take flight lessons. Maybe this is just an innocent kids desire to learn to fly and be free in the air like a bird.

But maybe, just maybe there is something more sinester going on here. Maybe they are about to be the next wave of Terrorists. With enough flight training and experience they may one day become commercial pilots and with the current shortage of good pilots, they will get the jobs.

Now every TV news and Radio station wants us to think that America is safe, ever since we re-enforced the cockpit doors. But what if one day, that experienced pilot sitting in the locked cockpit decides that it is his day to see Alah and the 1000 virgins?

Our foolish homeland security is so ignorant that they will let this happen. I just hope these kids I know are not going to be the ones! We need to wake up. Even the instructors do not care. Oh and there is a big Muslim school and temple just to the north of Tammiami airport, could this just be an innocent coincidence. Any opinions are welcome here.

If you don't pay your mortage out of freshness, you deserve for the bank to take it away

I just heard on the Radio today that a new report shows 17 percent of Americans, are delinquent on their mortgages and I know this to be accurate. I actually think it is higher in South Florida. I know of at least 1 out of 5 of my acquaintances are not paying their mortgages and yet they all think that they are doing the right thing.

They all have some lawyers who are basically telling them to do this, in order to pressure their banks into giving them a better deal on their loan modifications or to help them to do a short sale. This behavior is shameful and inexcusable. I really consider them as jerks and as you notice I refer to them as acquaintances rather than friends. These people are really fresh.

I told some of them that even if they have a very high mortgage, well then they should try to pay at least half, or make at least one payment every two months. But instead these people are living the good life. They have plenty of money for food, beer and the finest liquors. They are wearing the latest name brand clothing and they go to fine restaurants almost on a daily basis.

Some of these people are not even paying their homeowners association fees, which has led to a recent increase in my fees. This means that I have to pay for their good life.

I still pay my mortgage and other housing related expenses of over $2000 per month, even with a temporary pay cut, I still keep paying. This sometimes means that my family barely has money to buy food, other than the bare necessities, we live each month pay check to paycheck, but we still pay our mortgage on time every month. We believe that sacrifice shows integrity and that is something that these other people lack.

Now the worst part is that some new laws, recently passed by congress are actually helping these people. They are living off of my future tax dollars and a hyper inflation that is bound to come rolling out in the near future. Actually it is already beginning as food and gas prices are slowing creeping up.

I am not an evil person, but I really hope that somehow the banks take away some of these homes, rather than giving these people a modified loan. At least one of them needs to learn a lesson and then pass it on to the rest of their circle of friends and family.

Our economy is being affected by 2 major problems. One is the housing crisis, which covers everything from loss of credit to foreclosures, loss of home equity that people can use to borrow and spend. This generally means less people can afford to do home improvements, or buy home appliances or cars.

Well with that said, this also leads to the second major problem which is underemployment. I can already see based upon my own experience that certain professions like handymen and car salesmen are effected by our first problem, yet they may never file for unemployment. They are just under employed. What actually is happening right now is that there are about 10 percent national unemployment and 40 percent more are underemployed.

I can also say that I myself am underemployed, I have taken a pay cut but I still remain working at my same job and I refuse to slack off. I am forced to go out and pursue side job every weekend but I do it and I pay my bills. This is a major problem that I wish our big government would realize and it really hurts us all.

Underemployment is a much bigger problem than unemployment.
If we only had a problem with unemployment, things would not be so bad. I know it’s tough to be unemployed, because I have been in that position myself. After a few weeks it can make you feel tired and less enthusiastic about looking for a new job, but you have to do it.

Now I can also say that some people who are unemployed are not even looking for a new job. Especially if you are single and you live with relatives, then you can enjoy that check every 2 weeks and live a lazy life. I actually have seen this with my own eyes when I used to go to the unemployment office I saw many lazy people and I even rented a room to a person like this. They all tried to tell me that they would rather stay unemployed, because they can’t find a job that pays well.

That kind of attitude tells me that there are so many lazy people out there. I honestly think that out of 10 percent unemployed only 4 or 5 percent are truly unemployed the rest of these people are just too lazy to go out early in the morning to look for work. Or they are not willing to take any job unless it’s one where they sit in an air-conditioned office and slack off. Maybe that was the reason they got laid off in the first place.

These are also the same type of people that choose to stop paying their rent or mortgages, because they think the government is going to help them out. I’d say help them out to be more lazy. I wish we would just deport these lazy people instead.

While we live in America, we enjoy freedoms that are superior to most other countries. But there are a couple of things that unless we travel to other places we will not be aware of. It is the Taxis. In almost every country in the world besides the USA, you can get a Taxi cheaper.

I live in Miami and I can tell you that it is cheaper to rent a car than to pay for a Taxi, unless you are only going 1/9 of a mile! or something real close distance like that. The Taxi Monoploly in my city and miost USA is something that I would be expecting to see in some communist country’s.

Here is the problem: Nobody is allowed to independently own and operate their own Taxi and at the same time have the freedom to charge whatever prices they feels like. It is all controlled by a large Union, or Taxi monopoly.

Well of course the good side of this is that one can argue that too many taxis will polute our city, but then again it forces everybody that lives in Miami to need to by a car. Either way we are poluting are city. So how about this idea. Why not let any owner of an electric car be their own indepentant Taxi and be allowed to charge whatever fee they want to. This would help reduce our high unemployment too.

Here is one more example:

I recently visited Lima Peru. There the unemployment rate is lower than in the USA. Reason is anybody can rent a car from a friend or relative and go drive around as a Taxi. The rates are incredably cheap. You can pay $2 and go 5 or 10 miles. Nice drivers too. They say their economy is not being effected by the global recession. The people are really nice in Lima, lots of beautiful women there too.

Birth name Michael Joseph Jackson
Born August 29, 1958(1958-08-29)
Gary, Indiana, U.S.
Died June 25, 2009 (aged 50)
Singer-songwriter, record producer, musical arranger, dancer, choreographer, actor, author, businessman, financier, philanthropist, inventor

Here Is the Standing Problem With “The World”

People believe its ok to insult that guy because he’s different.
Well, People seem to be blinded by the outside appearance of ones body figure, For instance Lets Assume That man Weighs a thousand pounds even though he only weighs 250 lets walk shout and argue to get one mad. This is how the world works.

Honestly, When your walking out of store Do you hesitate to comment on someone elses clothing in a politely or Dangerous manner or do you just continue walking. Most of the time The answer is “NO” I just continue walking and head back to what i was Doing.

See people today seem to be hypnotized by Social Influence. Jemimah Atah once quoted “Its good in bad But it gets to you”. It really does.

Here’s an Example you can relate to:

Now imagine You Asked for a Strawberry shake at BK because of your hearts Craving.
Your co-worker might say “Yuck! How could you eat that, When i used to work here people used to spit in your cups and, While having knowledge that there was roaches in the machine used to make the very shake your holding”!. How would you feel Would You Still drink the shake, I would Say here is My quote ” Right now did you physically witness someone spit in my shake did, you know for a fact that there was roaches in the machine before i purchased this, where you there. Than the answer is There is no proof and it most likely not to have happened and nobody would know Except the people With access And if there is no proof its just your word against his.

Compare this using Your knowledge

MOLESTATION TRAIL:

Jackson was accused of child sexual abuse by a 13-year-old child named Jordan Chandler and his father Evan Chandler.
The friendship between Jackson and Evan Chandler broke down. Sometime afterwards, Evan Chandler was tape-recorded saying amongst other things
Jordan Chandler told his father that Jackson had touched his penis
Evan Chandler and Jackson, represented by their legal teams, then engaged in unsuccessful negotiations to resolve the issue in a financial settlement; the negotiations were initiated by Chandler but Jackson did make several counter offers. Jordan Chandler then told a psychiatrist and later police that he and Jackson had engaged in acts of kissing, masturbation and oral sex, as well as giving a detailed description of what he alleged were the singer’s genitals.

You know here is what i cant believe before MJ died I’ve always knew it was never him He would never do such a thing.

and it turns out i was right.

The other day i Heard on the radio Jordan chandler admitted he lied

1993, Chandler told a psychiatrist and police that he and Jackson had engaged in sexual acts that included oral sex, the boy gave detailed description of Jackson’s genitals. The case was settled out of court for a reported $22 million, but the strain led Jackson to begin taking painkillers. Eventually he became addicted.

Now maybe for the remorse of his death Chandler decides to tell us the truth. ” I never meant to lie and destroy Michael Jackson but my father made me to tell only lies. Now i can’t tell Michael how much i’m sorry and if he will forgive me ”.Evan Chandler was tape-recorded saying amongst other things, “If I go through with this, I win big-time. There’s no way I lose. I will get everything I want and they will be destroyed forever…

Under the influence of a controversial father (Jordan Chandler) told his son to tell that Jackson had touched his penis.Jordan Chandler then told a psychiatrist and later police that he and Jackson had engaged in acts of kissing, masturbation and oral sex, as well as giving a detailed description of what he alleged were the singer’s genitals.
” Now for the first time i can’t bare to lie anymore. Michael Jackson didn’t do anything to me, all was my father lies to escape from being poor.”

HerE is a small clip In remembrance of MJ

We all heard the news, and we finally got some brave sailors who did not give into these modern day pirates. They fought back and that is the way it should be. Our society is lately trying so hard to make everybody think that we should not fight back again the bully. But I believe that also leads to a future society with more sissy’s.

If I were at sea and I saw this little boat with 5 armed men, and I was in a big ship, then this is what I would do. For starters, My ship is probably 50 times larger than their little boat. Their small arms are not going to be able to sink my ship. I also have enough steel structures and decks that will protect my crew from their small bullets.

Well here is what I would do:

First I would let these fools think that I was surrendering, but at the same time I would send the rest of my crew to the other side of your ship for safety. Then as soon as these maggots are about to board my ship. I would smile at them and simultaneously drop a few hand grenades into their little boat. In about 5 seconds they will all be blown to bits. Now the fish will have some extra food to eat and even if I have to repair my ship afterwords, this will be well worth it. This is exactly what these pirates deserve.

I have seen similar scenes in movies and I am actually looking for a video clip to post on this blog showing the grenade going off in a little boat and going baa-boom!

One thing that I cannot understand is: Why do none of the ships that travel in this area, carry at least a few small arms or grenades? Doesn’t anybody realize that as soon as these pirates begin to learn that most ships are protected or have security personal, they will have no choice but to go back to their internet bases Phishing schemes again.

I feel like throwing a bunch of TV mounts at these guys.

Last Month I went to a so called Loan Modification clinic and they told me that they could help me to get my principal forgiven off of my failed investments mortgage. They told me all that I had to do was pay them $3000 up front and they would help me out in less than 3 months. If it took them longer I only had to pay them $600 per month. They told me not to worry and that their lawyers would protect me. They also told me to keep renting the house, but to stop paying the mortgage.

Well this seemed too suspicious for me and I choose not to do it. But what surprises me is that their office was full of lots of people in the waiting room. It looked like a hospital emergency room. I saw lots of less fortunate and probably less educated people, who were there with the hope to having their mortage problems miraculously resolved.

I will not mention the name of this place, because maybe their system actually works and then I would be accused of defamation. Also they claim to be lawyers so I do not want to get sued either. They seem to do a lot of radio and TV advertising too, so who knows maybe they know something that I do not.

The reason I did not trust them is because they told me that I qualified for the Hope for Homeowners program and that they could almost guarantee me that they were going to get me a reduction of over $100,000 from my principal and reduce my interest rate to 3.5 percent fixed for 2 years. As far as I have read and researched. No banks are yet participating in that H2H - Hope for Homeowners program and also it is not a program that applies to investment homes.

If somebody has proof to the contrary I would like to know this. In the meantime I am going to try to take this up on my own. I am going to skip a few payments and then ask my bank for a deed in lieu of foreclosure. The way I see it, I have no other chocie. The Financial Bailout is for the Banks and not for us homeowners.

Now there is one final request and I hope my new president can help with this. Since so many people are loosing their jobs. We need to make a new law that prohibits employers from not hiring people with a foreclosure on their credit reports.

I am getting ready to add some new posting to this Blog. I have been in hiding ever since the Election is over. I just want to wait and see if our economy improves. So what I have had to do is expand my skill set and this way I find more work, just in case one area of service is slow, another one may be busy.

With this new attidude for 2009, so far my economy has not been that bad. While some people are complaining that their business is so slow, I just keep myself busy doing a diversity of freelance business in several areas, but all at the same time. I have become a jack of all trades. As long as all my skills are technolgy related, I can master them all.

I do Computer Repairs and networking - This has been my main business for years, and it is also my career. But recently I have added some website creation and hosting to this business. And now I have expanded my business and skills into some other areas too.

My main 2 main websites, I have had for several years are: Movicomp Services and also this Blog - Blogsomebody. At the same time and when computer work is slow, I also manage a moving services and moving broker business. People are always moving and I have several guys that do the labor for me.

But now this new year, I also made 2 new websites. One of them is for a customer and the other one is for another new business that I have found and enjoy.

1) Anita Screen - http://www.anitascreen.com - They build and repair aluminum structures, screen patios, pool enclosures, hurricane shutters and anything else that has to do with screens, aluminum and outdoor living.

2) High Tech Installations: - http://www.htinstallations.com - I professionally install Flat Panel TV’s, Plasmas and lots of other High Tech equipment including home audio video and computers. I also do many other High Tech home repairs and installations for any homes or business in South Florida.

I recently got a whole bunch of new tools and I have already installed 8 TV’s in January alone, so I am on a roll in this new business.
