With the current housing and credit crisis more and more people are finding that their homes are worth much less than they owe on their mortgage. I too own 2 homes and my main home that I purchased in 2003 is also worth less than it was worth in 2006 and also it almost getting to be the same value that I paid for it. Now my other house that was supposed to be a super investment is now worth over 100,000 less than what I owe the bank. That home was purchaced in late 2006 and that is the reason for its failure.

You see true home values probably hit a peak in either late 2003 or 2004. Then every price after that was based on a fake speculation and the prices were pushed up too high. The prices never could account for a purchaser to have a positive cash flow by renting it out. This is where all the banks went wrong. They should have realized it back then and this whole mess would never have happened.

This is something that all of the great real estate gurus always tell you. If you buy Real Estate, always make sure that the rent that you can get for it is enough to pay your mortgage each month, this also includes the escrow for taxes and insurance. But we all did not listen to this advice. We just went out and got those mortgages with those 1 percent teaser payment rates because our Real Estate agents assured us that we could flip it in 6 months or so. I still remember that smile on my agents face.

And then the flip that never happened. It was not possible anymore. By the time I closed on the sale of this pre-construction home, it was already worth $30,000 or $40,000 then what I had paid. The problem is that none of wanted to admit it. We did not want to admit that we screwed up. So we waited longer and longer and now we are so deep in debt to the bank that we have 2 choices left. One is foreclosure and the other is for us to wait 15 years until the 2003 prices increase 150 percent - at 10% a year. So forget about it. What is better? 2 years of bad credit or 15 years of misery?

The Insanity Plea, or the mentally challeged defense are just an excuse to give a criminal monster more free drugs using our hard earned tax dollars.

It sickens me to think that this Florida kid: Michael Hernandez is trying to pull that defense. And I gasp to think about how those greedy lawyers can go ahead and defend him with a clean conscience.

Retards and Autistic people don’t kill people, instead they are usually in fear of being hurt or killed by somebody else. Now on the other had, animals do kill. Also people and kids that have animals for parents can be killers. Something has to transform them from people into animals. So I think the parents should get punished too.

Last year I wrote about John Cooey, he is another animal and we should not allow the mental challenge or insanity pleas in cases like this. This stuff makes America look like a stupid country. The reason this kid killed, is because he either saw violence in his own home or because his parents spoiled him and did not want to hurt his feelings by telling him no when he asks to watch a violent movie. Or maybe the parents were afraid of their own child, so they let him do whatever he felt like. That is an example of liberalism gone wrong. Also too many parents work too much and they are not home enough to properly raise their own kids. Others are selfish and choose to get divorsed to make their own lives more confortable, instead of thinking how it may inpact their childs life. I am not sure of the exact situation here, but it has to be one of these reasons. Maybe the parents are afraid to admin this. So the next thing that happens is they allow for their children to be raised by other liberal school teachers or parents who may be giving the wrong advice to these kids. So in the end the end the kid is not insane, he is just a victim of foolish parenting and liberalism gone wrong. Drugs are not the answer to this either. The kid needs to be punished by jail and then sent to a special school where he can be taught conservative values and morals. He needs to admit that he did wrong because his parents never taugh him the difference between right and wrong.

Then lets see what happens. Maybe he will change his life, ask God for forgiveness and do something useful to help other kids in this world. But If this still fails and the kid is unrepentant, then the kid should not be considered a human! and maybe he should be treated like any animal and euthenized.

Note: This is only an opinion from a conservative viewpoint. I am relecting my constitution right of freedom of Speach, which as far as I know is still an American Right. Freedom!

Have you seen the latest 30 year Fixed rates? They are almost at 6.5 percent. The Fed rate is still at 2.0 but Banks are really taking major advantage of the difference. Also the Fed rate is going to be adjusted upwards in the next meetings, because of too much inflation. Meanwhile with housing values still declining and people that still have to pay taxes and insurance on homes that are not worth it. Homes that do not produce positive cash flow even when rented. Even I have one of those. At this point I think that we might as well just give them back to the greedy banks anyway. So I can definetly see more and more foreclosures on their way and I am also glad because I think the banks deserve it. Why did they give us these mortgages without appraisels? We are in a recession and we will be in it for a few more years to come. Meanwhile watch the 30 year fixed rates as they will keep rising, that is beacuse the banks are so greedy. So guess what if you were planing to refinance now, its too late. You missed the boat! Don’t do it unless your desperate. And good luck!

If you get this trojan virus, you will notice a small yellow triangle that says System Alert! Your computer is infected. windows has detected a spyware infection. Of course these are not authentic messages coming from windows. They are caused by Spyware or Malware trojan virus called Smitfraud. I think the one I got is called Troj.vlob.an

This virus is so evil that it will disable your task manager, change you wallpaper and send you lots of popup to advertise fake anti-spyware programs. Do not click on these ads or you will keep getting more spyware, trojans and virus. It will eventually slow down your pc so much that you will have to call me.

Yesterday I went to repair another computer for a customer and she had this bad virus. She had the same type of Zlog trojan that I also wrote about last week. That time I decided to reinstall windows, but this time since I had read some articles about it, so I went prepared with a few tools to clean it. First I had the smitfraudfix.exe and I also had a fixtaskmanger.exe as well as a few other basic antispyware and antivirus programs. I thought that the smitfraudfix.exe would be the perfect tool. I went ahead and ran it in safe mode and let it do its things. But even after it was finished and rebooted, this virus kept reappearing. I also noticed that the task manager was still disabled. So now I ran the other tools. I ran the task manager fix tool and it did get me back the access to the taskmanager. I continued to clean using some original methods of regedit and msconfig. This PC had Windows XP home edition. I found a few entries for rundll followed by the name of some strange dlls. So I deleted these from the startup paths and also from the registry Hkey local machine, software, microsoft, windows, run key etc.

I also booted back into safe mode and deleted the strange dll’s which I know are the virus files. But I noticed that even in safe mode, I was still getting the highjacked wall paper and the little yellow triangle that this Zlob trojan causes. it looks like this is a new variant that not even smitfraudfix.exe can get rid off. I also ran Adaware, Spybot and trojanhunter. None of these programs could kill this virus. I was ready to reinstall windows. But I decided to try one more tool. I downloaded a SuperAntiSpyware free version and I tried that too. This program which I once I thought was spyware actually helped clean up many more adware, trojans and spyware programs. It only left the fake wallpaper and I removed that, but I still have a feeling that this virus is still hiding somewhere else. But where can it be hiding? I think it has somehow infected the files that windows uses to display the active wallpaper. I will have to go back this evening and this time I will have to try a self booting antivirus program and see if it find the effected files. If anybody who reads this post knows a better way I will be glad to here from you. I may even offer you a small reward!

I know that I will see this virus again. Next time I want to be even better prepared for it. Please post any helpful comments below. Thanks in advance.

BTW I just found a few more tools and will bring them to the PC tonight:

SmitRemove and Rouge remover. I also will run ccleaner and install the latest antivirus version as I can find.

I have looked into several XP files, including setupp.inf and winnt.sif and pidgen.dll. But I still have not found a true answer. What happens is that I have a Laptop that came with a OEM version of XP without SP2. The HD went bad, so I wanted to use my Corporate Volume License Edition of XP Pro with SP2, which I still have plenty of unused licenses for it. I wanted to do this instead of putting the Old OEM version of XP pro that came with the Laptop. But somehow along the process, I used another CD that was not from my volume license either. It must have been a retail copy that somebody used and made a copy of. So the key worked and let me install it. I assumed that it was the Corp VLK version, until after I finished setup and all of the drivers. This took me a few hours too.

Now I think I have no choice but to reformat again and use the correct Corp VLK CD.

Unless somebody knows a way that I can fix the version that is on it, to work, and let me activate it. I also want to know if I call Microsoft, will they be able to help me? I can give them my Corp VLK info and prove that my company paid for it too!

No matter which brand you choose, you may have experienced a sudden loss of reception from your wireless router. You may only get a signal when you are within 5 feet of the Router, or the Router may not even show up when you search for it.

I have had several Routers: Linksys, Netgear, Belkin and even a Novatech and this has happened to all of them. The router either shuts of power to the Radio transmiter or the Radio transmitter burns out completely.

When this happens, you may get lucky by just doing a Hard Reset and then reprogramming the Router. Also it may not be the router, it may be your wireless card too. But if you find out it is the router what can you do?

Well the answer is: reset it or replace it. You can also try doing a firmware update. But if none of this works, then this basically means that the radio transmiter or amplifier chip inside the router, or wireless card has burned out. This may have been caused by too much heat, or because of a power surge. If you still have a warranty then take it back and return it. If not buy a new one for about $50. This time buy it at a Store like BestBuy of Circuit City. Pay an extra $10 for the 3 year extended warranty. Also make sure to use a power strip.

Another thing: Always activate the WEP or other Wireless security features. It is possible that hackers can do things to your wireless router, pc’s and network that will cause the radio transmitter to burn out too. If you do not know how to setup security then you should unplug your router. Or you can call me and I will help walk you through this over the phone.

http://www.movicompservices.com

And lastly, if you ever go away for vacation, please unplug your router.

This applies to:

Linksys, Netgear, Belkin, 3com, Novatech etc.

Also the population is growing and gas prices are rising. So we need to get enough people to vote for getting a new Hooters in Kendall.

I have this Toshiba Laptop - South American or European Edition.

Model = A135-SP4796

Ever since I downgraded it from Window Vista - Basic Spanish Version, I am having a hard time finding all of the XP drivers. For starters, Toshiba will not help. They have some kind of evil agreement with big Microsoft, not to make it easy for anybody to put XP on it. But I am stuburn, I had Vista. I think Vista is the worst OS that MS has come up with. I do not no many people who like Vista, not even in Big corporate Offices. Everybody is still using Windows XP.

I had started a few weeks ago on this Laptop which belong to my niece. I found some drivers on Hardware Central and Geeks to Go Forums and that helped me to get the Wireless card drivers, The video and eventually the sound to work. Now I am working on it again. I am trying to find the 2 missing drivers:

1) Ethernet Driver - which I can do without as long as I have the wireless working

2) Mass Storage Device - The lack of this prevents me from connecting camera’s USB flash drives or IPODS to it.

Does anybody know who manufactures these 2 parts, The driver has got to be out there somewhere and I will not stop searching until I find it.

Also I hate Toshiba - Curse them for not helping all of us that resist Vista!
I almost put Ubuntu Linux, but thought that my niece who is 12 years old may not know how to use it!

Please post comments below. Thanks!

Yesterday, I went to go fix a friends PC and she had told me that she had a virus, so I proceded to login and kill it. Well this time I was surprised to find that my first tool, the task manager was disabled! I next tried to go into safe mode and found that it was still dissabled even in Safe mode. Next, I tried to access the internet, but no luck. This little nasty virus has changed the host file and it had dissabled lots of windows XP services and more.

As I was pressed for time I told my friend that I need to take the computer home and re-install windows. When I arrived home, I searched the internet to find out what kind of virus I was dealing with. It appears to be the Zlob Trojan. This Trojan virus is very nasty. It is hard to get rid of. I found an article on geeks to go.com. This is a virus simular to Error Guard! and it at keeps telling you that you have a virus via Windows anti-virus and it has a yellow triangle on the task bar with an exclamation that will not go away.

If you find this one you may be better of reformatting the computer, but you can also try this tool from geeks to go and it should also clean it.

http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/How-to-Remove-Zlob-trojan-Media-Codec-Goldcodec-Braincodec-t140685.html

In my case it did not work, because I made the mistake of trying to delete files and registry keys and also turning back on several services in an attempt to get back the task manager. So in this case I decided to reinstall windows and that is what I did. I totally wiped away this nasty trojan and all of the other junk that it may have put on the poor pc!

If you do a simple web search for Internet Marketing you will find Several different names like:

Sitepoint, Cody Moya, Derek Gehl, Majon, Courtney Tuttle, Jim Daniels,

SBI - Site-Build-it! or others.

There are so many of them. But which one is the best? Are they there because of word of mouth? Or is it because they pay for the Ad Words to get there? I am looking for one myself. I want one that really makes their own money from Internet Marketing and Not from the Sales of their $200 kits. I am not willing to waste money on a SCAM.

I have a friend that bought one of those kits and he used it. He got some results, but not as much as they say you can. He also gave me the kit myself. I read it, but did not find much more than I could already learn by reading the 10,000 ebooks that I already own. The ideas are all there, but they do not do it for you. You have to do the work and believe me it is time consuming, especially if you have to make multiple pages and proper links to each page. You have to make a lot of content, or higher someone to do it for you. You also have to send lots of emails or spam!

I am looking for somebody who will do it for me, but at the same time charge me based on results. So I would pay less in the beginning, but them more as I too make more money. These kit guys do not look like they would have the time to do that for me. But if any of you readers know somebody that does, I am all ears.

I have a site:

http://www.ibookcity.com

and I want to add 100 more ebooks to it. But it is too time consuming.

This is a question that I bet many people are wondering. Well the truth is yes to both parts. We are either in or close to being in a recession. But at the same time the stock market seems to be doing quiet well. We are seeing more than 3 up days each and every week. This is amazing!

I have a friend who keeps complaining that he keep loosing money trading stocks. Well, his reason is that he loves to “Short stocks” which is basically a method of borrowing stocks for a higher price and then selling them back for a lower price, and you get to keep the difference. He thinks the market is about to go down, but it does not. So he ends up loosing money.

This is probably because the stock market buys on the news. What this means is that just because the news tells you that we are in a recession, the individual companies that make up the stock market are not, or if they are, they are not showing it yet. Maybe the Bear Stearns deal is holding things together. But also there are the market makers who are able to keep the market up, as long as possible to keep us from falling into a more severe recession. Maybe that is ok for them, but in some ways this is hurting us. A good stock market day usually gives banks an excuse to raise the mortgage rates and if they keep going up, that will really create a deeper recession. As I can see this is all a big game. I think they are waiting for me to invest again and then they can take me for a roller coaster ride, like I did a few years ago.

Only the future will tell. But 2 things are almost for sure. These daily market rallies are either a temporary pattern that will soon fade, and then we will see a huge sell off. Or, If not we may just see a stale market for a long while.

This past weekend I went to see Kevin Spacey’s new movie: 21

This is something that I had heard about for several years, it is based on a book called “Bringing down the house” The story is about how some students from MIT made millions of dollars at Casino Black Jack tables, using a mathematical skill called card counting.

To my understanding card counting is a system where you count ones, zeros = negative ones (1, 0 and -1) in rapid succession based upon the face values of the cards that are dealt at a blackjack table. If done properly you can have about a 10 percent advantage over the house. Usually the lower cards will have the value of 1 so, if more low cards are dealt first then your tally will be higher and this means you will have a mathematical advantage over the house. This is not as easy as you think, because not only do you have to know how to count very fast, you also have to have very good eye sight and coordination. Also this is something that Casino owners do not like, and I don’t blame them. Nobody like you to did into their own profits.

Another way that you can make money using statistical calculations is if you are trading in the Stock markets or Forex markets. There is actually software that you can legally use to help you predict exactly when a stock price is going to rise or fall based upon past chart trends, statistical analysis and current buying and selling pressures. I once used a program called Wizetrade that did exactly that. The program does really work, however you have to be very disciplined and follow the training and rules exactly. I also think that the market makers just like the casino operators will find ways to make you overlook your programs recommendations and instead make you interested in buying a stock that does not meet the current criteria recommended by the software program or rules.

I remember falling for these stocks and they caused me to loose money. Other users that were more disciplined did not touch those stocks, so they made the money while I was loosing it.

As for card counting, I only find it interesting to learn or be aware of, but I would never use it in a real live casino. I do not want to get beat up by angry casino security personnel. If I ever play blackjack in a casino I will just play once for fun only.

I really love movies that are of this type and which involve really smart people, and 21 is definitely that type of movie. Some other movies that I enjoyed that are also of this intellectual type are “The Game” with Michael Douglas and “A Beautiful Mind”

Have you seen the commercials for John Cummuta. He claims to have a system where your debts can make you rich. Well I have a lot of debt, thanks to my failed investement in Homestead Florida. I am looking into a way to get rid of my debt too. I have found that there are actually companies that do loan restructuring negociations with your Bank. But first you have to be behind on at least a few payments. So does that mean that I should ruin my credit? Hopefuly not.

I mentioned in another post about 2 weeks ago, that I feel like I should just walk away. But since that time, I have sent the $6200 check to pay for the taxes and $800 for another year of insurance. I am giving this deal 1 more year to get better. My plan is to keep my credit good, long enough to refinance my principal home. I am also waiting for 30 year interest rates to drop back down to 5.5 % and it is getting close. All we need is a few more bad stock market days and poor economic indications to be posted, mayeb one that says that we are officially in a recession and hopefully We’ll get the 5.5 percent rate to come back for one more time. I will be closing that very same day.

By the way I use this link to keep track of the rates:

http://origin.bankrate.com/wsj/graphs/graph_trend.asp?product=1&prodtype=M&ad=mtg

Once I get to refinance my main house then I will do whatever it takes to sell that other house. Either a Short Sale or a loan restructure. The way I see it, my option arm payment will eventually go up and I will have to miss some payments. When that happens I will be elligible for a loan restructure and the bank will have to right off some of lost equity or principal. Or I will Short Sale this house for a 100 K loss.

As for paying of all my other Debts in 7 years. That remains to be seen. The idea behind that program is simple. Get rid of or reduce payments one at I time. The less bills you have the more you can send to the principal and the faster you can get completly out of debt. I am not sure if I can do it in 7 years, but I will try.

What do your think is better for your credit? a Loan restructure or a Short Sale?

Please post your comments below.

I guess I am not the only person that recently got my hands on a Toshiba notebook Satellite A135-SP 4796 and I also immediately ran into problems with it and its Spanish version of Windows Vista.

This laptop was purchased by a friend of mine and since I am at IT pro, I decided to fix it up for her. The laptop must have been build for sale South America, maybe Argentina or Uruguay. I see many posts in spanish and they are from those domains. So I guess this Laptop is not made in the US. But I had no idea how this was going to become a nightmare. So far I have spent 10 hours looking for drivers.

What had happened was the following: The laptop had Spanish Vista and the wireless was not working so my friend asked me to fix it. So since I am not a fan of Vista or any new OS that are resourse hogs and also it was a Home edition. So I pulled out my windows XP CD and started to run setup. I have found that Windows XP still works much better that Windows Vista, unless you have installed lots of Memory and a Super CPU. But this Laptop does not have that. I do not know why Miscrosoft and Toshiba insists on forcing people to use Windows Vista that was preinstalled. With Vista it took this machine about 5 minutes to boot up, and it would take ages to just open any explorer window.

This Laptop was obviously not designed for windows Vista! but Toshiba is probably afraid of messing with the Big “M” Microsoft tm.

So now that I had re formatted the hard drive for XP I ran into a new problem and that is that there were no drivers to be found. Windows XP only installed a few basic drivers, but it left the Wireless Card, VGA and Ethernet card without a driver.

So as usual, I searched the web for the missing XP drivers and that is when I found out that Toshiba only has Vista drivers and furthermore, as I searched the web, many users are complaining about the same thing. Now it was too late to tell my friend to take back this piece of junk and return it to whoever sold it to her.. But I wish i would have done so. Now I spent many hours researching the web and found very few links that showed XP drivers for Toshiba.

But we want to have XP drivers. So I had to keep searching little by little until I found some of them.

I also learned from some forums, that if you call Toshiba, they will tell you that they will not support XP and hang up. I am not sure if that is true, but who knows!

But the drivers are out there and after many long hours I did find them.

I found the wireless driver on the Aleros web site. In my case it was Atheros AR2425

DOWNLOAD ATHEROS DRIVER HERE:

They have an XP driver!!! So why doesn’t Toshiba? Well I guess I know which brand I will

not buy the next time I am shopping!

I also found a driver pack for a simular model: a135-s2276 and after I unzipped this file I found the video driver and a few others. Please note that the video driver was actually located in one of the mobile intel(r) 945GM chipset subfolders, so you will have to search one by one until windows XP accepts it!

The video driver works fine and in Device manager it will show Mobile Intel(r) 945 GM Express Chipset 2 times.

Now I am working on the Audio. I do not see a yellow exclamation in device manager, but if I go into Control Panel Sounds, excery option is greyed out. If anybody has had success, please let me know.

DOWNLOAD Other Toshiba A135 Drivers here:

I am sure I am not the only one who is asking this question. Should I give my failed investment property back to the bank? I have 2 houses: One that I live in and the other one that I bought from a greedy Home Builder as an investment. This builder must have made killer profits. They even invented an extra tax call CDD.

This is for the Waterstone Community in Homestead. I have to pay an extra $1500 a year for this tax. This is the South Dade Venture Community Development District (CDD) I think this tax should be illegal. If anybody knows a way that I can out of paying this tax. I will pay you money! Please let me know.

Well here is my situation I am loosing about $200 a month on negative equity. Also I do not see the prices in the area rising for at least 2 or 3 more years. I also have to pay over $6000 taxes a year. Part of this is the CDD tax. I payed over 300 K for this house and it is not even worth 240 at present. So I lost over $70,000 already.

I am expecting about $5000 Federal tax refund this year. Instead of enjoying this money with my family. I will have to use this to pay my tax bill prior to April 1st 2008. I have a wife and 2 young children. They are the ones who have to suffer. We have to live like poor people. Sometimes we do not even have money to buy extra food or gas or even to eat out. But in reality I make a decent income, but it is jsut not enough thanks to this failed investment. I also have a high FICO credit score close to a 780. But is it worth it?

Now I am trying to convince my wife to just stop paying the mortgage for this House. She thinks it is unethical and that it will ruin our credit for a long time.

We still have our primary home and it has a lot of equity. We can quickly refinance that one and lock in a low 30 year fixed rate of 5.9 percent, so this way any future credit score status will not be able to affect us. Or can it? I really need to know. I also enjoy cheap auto insurance and a zero percent credit card, due to my excellent credit. But I am willing to sacrifise that if I can know that my credit will be restored in about 2 or 3 years. Is that the time frame for a foreclosure? I don’t think my bills will go up over $200 a month or will they?

Also consider that this is my second home? Won’t my good payment history on my primary home and all of my other bills, out shadow this?

I really need to know. And if nobody can answer these questions. Please just post the name of another blog or forum that can help me. I need to know this before I waste my money on that stupid tax bill.

Thanks in advance.

Please post your comments below.

What you can do about it? Well for starters, look at history. The last time we had a Real Estate Crash in Florida it was about 1920. Well it took over 10 years to clear the dust. The same thing happened in Japan several years ago and it took over 12 years to recover. The current Bubble burst in the Summer of 2006. So we are not going to see the bottom until late 2009.

So what does that mean? If you own a home and want to sell it, you have to offer it for a lower price than the competition. I am in the same boat. I bought a house in Homestead Florida Pre-construction and I closed in the Summer of 2006. What a big mistake.

I would have been much better off walking away that day. They would have kept my 30,000 deposit which I lost anyway. Well that is unless I am willing to keep this house for at least another 6 or 7 years! And then I payed over 20,000 closing costs and now the property went down even further and I will have to short sell it for $30,000 less than I owe the bank. So if you are interested in paying $250 K for a house that cost me over $325 K, you can have it. The builder won and I admit it.

The same thing goes for you if you are about to close on any type of Pre-construction property, house, condo etc. Go to another Realtor and pretend that you want to buy the exact same type of unit. If you can find one for a price that is less than your price that your contract says. Well that forget about your deposit. It is lost, unless you have 6 or 7 years time to wait for the Real Estate Market to pick up again. I mean some Miracles do happen, but don’t let that builder or Realtor leave you to believe that the Market will be back on track next year.

I say no way my friend. It just aint happening anytime soon. Not until 2010 or so.

If you are reading this post. Do not feel alone. So many people bought over priced homes from builders between 2004 and 2006, and now they are stuck with them because they are impossible to sell, unless you are willing to loose at least $75,000 or more. I know this is true, because I did it too. I bought a house in Homestead Florida and you can even see some pictures in my previous postings.

Well the reason for this post is, that I am wondering if anybody can help me to sue my builder or bank for having granted a loan for such an over priced property.

One idea is: Why can’t we force the builder of new homes to take back a house that they know was sold at an overpriced value. 2 years ago, I bought a house from Prime Home Builder in Homestead Florida. They sold me a house for over $300,000, but the real price should have been no more than $200,000 and even that may be too much. Well they somehow persuaded my lender to give me a $260,000 loan to buy this house. So why can’t we force these builders to take back these houses 2 years later, even oif they give me only $260,000. they can keep my deposit. But since average sale prices are about $250,000 K and nobody is buying they should be forced to buy it back from me. They were the Scammers! I also was tricked in to paying the builder almost $25,000 in bogus closing costs.

But first I need to know if the laws are in our favor or will the government that writes these laws favor the big builders instead. If I find out that I can start a class action law suit. I am sure many other victims will want to join in. So let me know what you think about this topic.

I recently saw an article about how the Iraqui insurgients are now using more explosives to harm our troops. They now have I.E.D’s with 100 lbs of explosives. Well at first thought I said we should use more of our 1000 lb bombs on all of those bastards.

If I was president I personally would nuke them all. This war would have been over a whole lot faster if we did that. The Geneva convention was written by a whole bunch of sissy’s anyway. But hat is just my opinion.

Since we have to play war the dirty way, where the enemy is given more priveleges and our soldier have one hand tied behind their backs, Well then there is another way that we can save our troops from harm. And no matter how smart those raghead fools are. They will not be able to outsmart us on this idea.

Well here it is: We should mount Explosive Sniffers on Remote control Dune Buggies and assign a few of them to each and every one of our Military Units. If we mass produce them and use cheap remote control cars that can be easily repaired or replaced. We can still affords this and even if somebody marks up the price, like they always do. It will still be a lot cheaper than the cost of having troops killed and whole trucks destroyed.

So let the RC cars with the bomb sniffer technology drive a few feet ahead of our military convoys and if it detects explosives. Well then we can back up our trucks and call in an airstrike with a few 10,000 lb bombs and level the whole area, including the enemy and all of there stupid IED’s (impovised explosive devices). Another idea if we are too cheap, to use RC cars, is to always have an Iraqui truck drive in front of the Convoy and that too could have the bomb sniffer equipments in it. And if they are too late, well then we only loose a two faced Iraqui troop instead of an American Troop!
